1 cup hot peppers finely chopped
3 cups of fat free sour cream
2 tbs. of cayenne pepper
4 tsp. of lime juice(fresh)
1 lb. of brined pork
3 pinches of salt

1.Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
2. Mix peppers, sour cream, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
3. Mix salt and pork separately.
4. Mix everything together and bake for 20 minutes.
